We bought a REO house from an auction site and the sellers outsourced the escrow office to India. The escrow office was slow and non responsive. Debbie stayed on top of every detail and communicated with our lender and the seller on a daily basis. With out Debbie this deal would have been a disaster. She was approachable and responded quickly to text messaging and emails (and of coarse phone calls/voice mail). We will definitely work with Debbie again.
